Thank God You're Here starts this weekend
CTV is premiering Thank God You're Here in the 9 pm time slot on Saturday, June 2. The show puts actors into improv sketches in front of a live audience, and the show's title is the only phrase that must be repeated in every scenario. David Alan Grier (In Living Colour) hosts and Dave Foley (News Radio and Kids in the Hall) acts as judge.
Thank God You're Here premiered on NBC in April, but it didn't survive the chopping block. The show comes from the producers of American Idol and is based on a comedy series of the same name that originated in Australia.
