Aegis Media buying Mindblossom
Toronto-based Aegis Media Canada announced today that it is acquiring Mindblossom, a leading digital marketing agency also based in Toronto. Mindblossom will be folded into Aegis's Isobar - regarded as the world's largest digital marketing network.
Aegis CEO Jacques Dorion says that Mindblossom will continue to be managed by its COO, Daren Trousdell, and that the acquisition "represents our commitment to digital media. . . broadens our service offering and increases our footprint significantly in this fast-growing market."
Adds Isobar CEO Nigel Morris: "Isobar is solely focused on building the best digital marketing network in the world. We were very impressed by Mindblossom's creativity and digital marketing capabilities. It has built an outstanding business, and is a strategic addition to both Isobar globally and to Aegis Media Canada."
