XM's NHL Live to simulcast with hockey net
XM Satellite Radio's talk radio show NHL Live is now the broadcaster's first program to simulcast on television in the US and Canada. The two-hour show airs live and in high-definition with CTVglobemedia's NHL Network. It debuted yesterday at noon, and encore presentations will air daily from 5-7 pm ET.
NHL Live originates from the NHL/XM studio inside the NHL Powered By Reebok retail location in New York. It can also be heard Monday through Friday on NHL Home Ice (XM 204) and NHL.com. The NHL Network simulcasts of NHL Live will continue daily throughout the Stanley Cup playoffs and the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.
Hosted by Don La Greca and E.J. Hradek, the program boasts comprehensive coverage of the NHL, including interviews with top NHL players, coaches, executives and analysts.
