New time pays off for Flashpoint
Moving to Thursday has paid off for Flashpoint, which won the 10 pm slot on both sides of the border. The cop drama, which this week moved from Fridays, reached 6.7 million on CBS and 1.1 million on CTV, the same high numbers to which it debuted on the Canadian network earlier this month.
The series is also performing well with key demographics, making gains with Canadians 18-49 and holding on to its 25-54s, both of which are returning numbers in the mid 400,000s according to BBM Nielsen.
In other Flashpoint news, the series has been sold into France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Latin America and Scandinavia.
