Canadian House & Home to get French edition

According to an article in Masthead, Canadian House & Home - already Canada's most successful shelter magazine - will begin publishing a French-language edition next February, preceded by the debut of a web version in January.

Initial circulation for Maison & Demeure is expected to be 27,000 per month, but 50,000 copies of the first issue are to be printed.

"We really want to be national," explains House & Home Media president Lynda Reeves. "And you really can't be national in Canada if you don't have a French edition."
