24 hours gets makeover

Launch
With the promotional tagline "hi-speed news," the free daily newspaper 24 hours is launching its redesigned look this week, presenting important stories and quick flash highlights predominantly on the front page to better accommodate busy urban commuters across five major urban markets. Also on the front page is an enhanced navigation system that allows readers to quickly locate local and world news and sports content.
"Insights from our readers, prospective readers, advertisers and ad agencies set the course for the redesign," said Chris Brockbank, VP of marketing at Sun Media. "They want sharp and fast headline news and a consistent, quick navigation system to get to content they want."
Quebecor's Sun Media publishes 24 hours newspapers Monday to Friday. Sun Media's English and French papers serve an estimated 6.5 million readers every week.
